Over the past six months, as many as 53.1 percent of Poles aged 18-35 reported experiencing signs of workplace bullying. Among them, 21.4 percent faced shouting, swearing, and insults, with higher occurrences among those earning over PLN 9,000 per month. Physical violence and sexual harassment were reported by 1.5 percent of respondents each.
Meanwhile, 22.2 percent did not experience any bullying behaviors, and 14.2 percent were unsure. The report highlights that these figures are concerning, especially since a similar study among all working adults in Poland showed a lower rate of over 41 percent. The difference is significant and alarming.
