AMS Chooses The Park Kraków for New Headquarters, Focused on Strategic Growth
AMS, a company specializing in recruitment process outsourcing and talent management solutions, is relocating its headquarters to The Park Kraków complex, managed by Cain International and White Star Real Estate. The move involves securing the entire fourth floor (over 3,000 sq m) and additional space on the fifth floor of building B2. JLL represented AMS in the negotiations. The strategic decision to choose The Park Kraków, situated on the border of the Zabłocie business district, aligns with AMS's growth plans. The complex, with a total area of 100,000 sq m across eight buildings, emphasizes modern office spaces, green outdoor areas, and various amenities to create a self-sufficient office campus.
