Nearly half of Poles use cashback apps when shopping online, according to Santander Consumer Bank's report, "E-commerce Experiences." Around 22% use these tools regularly, while 48% have not adopted cashback, highlighting the market's growth potential. The report also notes that 40% of respondents use discount coupons like Picodi or Pepper, though 50% do not take advantage of such offers.

Economic uncertainty and high inflation drive Poles to seek savings, influencing payment preferences and shopping habits. Popular payment methods include BLIK (66%) and instant electronic transfers (43%). Cashback and discount strategies are becoming essential in attracting loyal customers in the competitive e-commerce environment, emphasizing convenience and cost savings.
