The Payback study reveals a slight drop in interest among Polish shoppers for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with only 37% planning purchases, down 2 percentage points from last year. Meanwhile, over 54% remain undecided.

Popular categories remain unchanged, with clothing and shoes (40%), electronics (35%), and cosmetics (26%) topping shopping lists. However, spending patterns have shifted. More consumers (26%) plan to spend between PLN 301–500, up from 23% last year, while those budgeting over PLN 800 fell from 22% to 17%.

Interestingly, 23% of respondents unsure about their budgets highlight growing caution amidst economic uncertainties. The survey, conducted among 562 Payback Program participants aged 18–65, reflects evolving consumer behavior during these seasonal sales.
