A recent Pracuj.pl survey reveals that Generation Z employees prioritize flexible working hours (52 percent), additional vacation days (49 percent), and employer-funded training (46 percent) as top non-wage benefits. Notably, 30 percent of Gen Z respondents value access to psychological support in the workplace, a higher percentage than other age groups. This shift indicates a growing emphasis on mental well-being among younger workers. Traditional benefits like attractive medical packages remain important across all age groups, but Gen Z places greater importance on flexibility, development opportunities, and mental health support. Employers are encouraged to adapt their benefit offerings to meet these evolving expectations to attract and retain young talent.
