Most Poles are afraid of further price increases in stores. This concern mainly affects seniors and people from small towns.
Six out of ten Poles responsible for daily shopping in their households fear store prices will continue to rise shortly. Less than one-third of compatriots hold the opposite view. Those who look to the future with concern are primarily people over 65 and those aged 45 to 54. These are usually individuals with a monthly income below the national average. This concern mainly affects residents of cities with populations between 100,000 and 199,000, as well as small towns and villages. On the other hand, young and well-earning Poles from large and medium-sized cities are not afraid of price increases.
