Kolejkowo, a company specializing in miniature world exhibitions, is preparing to submit documents for its debut on NewConnect, expected by the end of this year, announced CEO Jakub Paczyński. The completion of a second share issuance, series C, has provided capital and new investors, with a free float exceeding 15%, fulfilling requirements for NewConnect. The company aims to accelerate business development and open a new exhibition in Warsaw with the funds raised from a recent share issuance. Collaboration with authorized advisor Blue Oak from Wrocław is aiding the process.
Plans include a 1000 m² exhibition in December focusing on Warsaw and Mazovia, alongside a mini locomotive park in Jelenia Góra, unique in Poland. Paczyński also hinted at potential dividend payouts and future actions post-Warsaw exhibition opening.
