Poland and the Czech Republic have signed a declaration confirming their readiness to implement measures to limit cross-border air pollution, according to the Ministry of Climate and Environment. Polish Minister of Climate and Environment, Anna Moskwa, and Czech Minister of the Environment, Peter Hladík, underscored the need for coordinated efforts on both sides of the border to reduce air pollution. Minister Moskwa emphasized the importance of conducting transboundary environmental policy in a spirit of solidarity, considering the longstanding good neighborly cooperation between the two countries.
