Price of new apartment remains unchanged m/m in 4 of 7 largest cities
In August, the average price per square meter of new apartments remained stable compared to July in Warsaw, the Tri-City area, Łódź, and the Silesian-Zagłębie region. However, prices increased by 1% in Kraków, Wrocław, and Poznań. Warsaw and the Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis saw their fifth consecutive month of unchanged average prices. Łódź and Wrocław led in price increases this year with a 10% rise each, followed by Poznań (7%), Warsaw (6%), Kraków (5%), and the Tri-City (4%).
Developers have reduced the supply of new apartments, impacting sales. Despite this, buyers still have a relatively good range of options, with some discounts and bonuses available.
