According to real estate expert Mirosław Król, increasing advertising on properties signals developers' desperation to sell. In some cases, sales have dropped by 70-80% in Q3 2024, with a prevailing atmosphere of uncertainty as consumers await government support or declining prices. While a minor price decrease might not seem significant to buyers, it indicates a shift in the market where previously consistent price hikes are stabilizing. Major cities like Kraków, Gdańsk, and Warsaw still see high listing prices, often exceeding 20,000 PLN per square meter.

Experts advise potential buyers to negotiate prices, as the listed prices often differ significantly from final sales prices.
