A survey by ARC Rynek i Opinia reveals that 65% of respondents find access to alcohol very easy, with an additional 33% considering it relatively easy. While 50% oppose raising alcohol prices or implementing minimum packaging prices, 79% believe the government should take action to reduce consumption. Interestingly, 1 in 5 Poles consumes alcohol several times a week, with a higher prevalence among men (31%) compared to women (11%).

The survey highlights support for banning alcohol in small packages, with 69% in favor, due to concerns about encouraging underage drinking. Additionally, 54% support restrictions on alcohol sales at gas stations during nighttime hours. The survey was conducted from October 4-8, 2024.
