For 48% of companies, it is their duty to improve employees’ AI qualifications

According to Deloitte’s “2025 Global Human Capital Trends” report, the rise of artificial intelligence is pushing companies to invest more in talent development. In Poland, 52% of businesses with over 100 employees are already using AI tools, yet 75% say they lack staff with AI or data analytics skills. Nearly half (48%) of employers feel responsible for upskilling their workforce in this area.
Businesses also face talent shortages, high employee turnover, and new expectations around work-life balance. Many new hires are underprepared, while outdated hiring criteria fail to match modern role requirements. Despite 79% of leaders expecting AI to reshape their organizations within three years, only 22% have prepared their HR departments for this change.
