In Q2 2025, InPost handled 324 million parcels (+23% y/y) and posted revenues of PLN 3.53 billion (+35%), with adjusted EBITDA at nearly PLN 1 billion. However, EBIT and net profit missed forecasts, leading shares in Amsterdam to fall almost 10%. Poland accounted for 48% of revenues, Western Europe 25%, and the UK & Ireland 27%, where growth was strongest.

Despite profitability in Poland, the company reported EBIT losses abroad due to heavy investments and acquisitions. InPost now has more parcel lockers abroad (26,480) than in Poland (26,807). Meanwhile, tensions with Allegro escalated, with InPost claiming a PLN 100 million penalty and taking the dispute to arbitration, expected to conclude in 2026.
