Ultima Ratio, the First Electronic Arbitration Court, has already recognized over 100 cases since the beginning of its activity. Currently, due to the situation, the court receives more and more questions regarding the possibility of settling disputes. Among the interested parties are not only companies that want to secure their rights remotely, but also law firms.

“In recent weeks we have seen increased interest in our services from both entrepreneurs and representatives of law firms. The former want to secure their rights in a safe way: without hearings and without having to physically appear anywhere. In turn, the latter, offer their clients an alternative, faster, opportunity to settle disputes,” Krzysztof Stańko, co-creator of Ultima Ratio, the First Electronic Arbitration Court, said.

In his opinion, alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as electronic arbitration will be gaining in importance.

Electronic arbitration Ultima Ratio is an independent alternative to the notarial environment for common courts - a binding judgment is issued within a maximum of three weeks and all legal actions are carried out remotely. Pursuant to Polish law, the Ultima Ratio judgment has the same legal force as a decision before a common court.
