Platan Hotels & Resorts issued a statement rejecting media reports about alleged financial troubles, stressing it has pursued a long-term growth strategy for over a decade. The company emphasized it is not a condohotel operator, is not at risk of insolvency, and services its debt on time. In 2024, Platan generated over PLN 23 mln EBITDA from its core locations: Zakopane, Szczyrk, Wisła, and Kamień. In H1 2025, EBITDA rose to PLN 11.8 mln (vs. 5.8 mln y/y), supported by openings of Aries Szczyrk and Aries Lago Park.

Fully Polish-owned, Platan positions itself as a stable, strategic player focused on brand development, job creation, and promoting Polish culture and tourism.
