Q4 apartment sales may end up surprising in seven largest cities
Experts predict that regardless of the outcome of the "Kredyt na Start" program, the number of sold apartments in Q4 2024 will exceed expectations. In Q3, developers sold nearly 9,000 apartments, with monthly sales increasing steadily, culminating in 4,000 sales by October 23. The availability of new listings rose by 7% from Q2 and 23% from the previous year. Analysts anticipate a surge in transactions from mid-November to mid-December due to promotional offers from developers.
While developers remain optimistic, sentiment among intermediaries has declined, with their confidence index dropping to 51.9, the lowest since early 2022.
