The availability of new listings rose by 7% from Q2 and 23% from the previous year. Analysts anticipate a surge in transactions from mid-November to mid-December due to promotional offers from developers.
While developers remain optimistic, sentiment among intermediaries has declined, with their confidence index dropping to 51.9, the lowest since early 2022.
