In the first three quarters of this year, 795 complaints regarding suspected workplace bullying were submitted, a 12.8 percent decrease compared to the same period last year, when 912 cases were recorded, according to data from the State Labor Inspectorate (PIP).
The vast majority of complaints were signed, despite the overall decline compared to the previous year. During the same period, 740 inspections were conducted, representing a 12.9 percent drop from the 850 carried out last year.
Of all the complaints filed, only 71 were deemed valid—exactly the same number as in the corresponding period last year.
