Unibep will construct a modular facility in Tomaszóow Maz. for PLN 24.3 mln net
Unibep signed a contract for the construction of a modular, lightweight structure for a DZSW subunit in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The project is valued at approximately PLN 29.9 million gross (PLN 24.3 million net). The client is the Regional Infrastructure Management in Bydgoszcz. The contract follows a "design and build" model, including obtaining a building permit, for the project "Construction of a modular building for DZSW subunit in Tomaszów Mazowiecki – task 11877." Completion is scheduled within 315 days of obtaining the final building permit.
