According to Cushman & Wakefield, CoreNet Global, and Antal, 18.2% of companies in Poland plan to expand their office space—far above the global average, where only 12% foresee expansion and 32% plan reductions. Most Polish firms (45%) aim to maintain current space. In 2024, the average lease size in Poland was 1,100 m², still below pre-2020 levels but growing steadily. Office occupancy rates vary widely, with hybrid policies inconsistently applied.

Experts stress the need for tailored, interdisciplinary strategies. Globally, 85% of office tenants expect better amenities, with 46% willing to pay more. Key motivators for returning to the office include collaboration, relationships, and corporate culture. The data covers companies employing over 8 million people worldwide.
