According to ManpowerGroup’s Global Talent Barometer 2025, 53% of employees in Poland experience high daily stress, especially women (57%) and younger workers (Gen Z: 57%, Millennials: 56%). Remote workers report the highest stress levels (67%), while hybrid workers feel it least (43%). About 22% of Poles say their employer doesn’t support work-life balance, and 12% find no meaning in their job—mostly Millennials and Gen Z. Additionally, 14% of workers don’t align with their employer’s values. Women are more sensitive to mismatches between company declarations and real practices.

The study highlights burnout risk, especially among Millennials balancing multiple roles. The survey included 13,000+ respondents from 19 countries, including 500 from Poland, and was conducted in March–April 2025.
