The Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy is finalizing preparations to revise Poland's National Reconstruction Plan (KPO), with talks scheduled to start in early March with the European Commission. Deputy Minister Jacek Protas highlighted the need for changes due to a 2.5-year implementation delay. The Commission's approval to initiate the review process aims to ensure the full utilization of the €60 billion allocated.
The plan includes 55 investments and reforms, aiming to strengthen Poland's economy post-Covid-19, with significant portions earmarked for climate, digital transformation, and social reforms, totaling €59.8 billion, including grants and preferential loans.
