Dekada lays cornerstone for Nysa mall
Developer and investor Dekada has held a cornerstone-laying ceremony at the construction site of its Dekada Nysa shopping center project in Nysa in south-western Poland. The biggest scheme in the company’s portfolio, the mall will comprise approximately 19,000 sqm of GLA and house around 80 stores and points of service with BOIG Property Consulting acting as the leasing agent. The Dekada Nysa development, which was designed by the JSK Architekci architectural studio, is scheduled to be completed in the second half of next year.
