In June, the supply of new apartments in major Polish cities increased, halting the rise in the average price per square meter. According to preliminary data from BIG DATA RynekPierwotny.pl, prices rose in Warsaw, Łódź, and cities in the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis but not due to existing listings. The Ministry of Development and Technology announced that the "Housing Loan for Start" program might not be available until 2025, affecting new housing supply.
Developers introduced 25% fewer apartments in Q2 2024 compared to Q1, with significant drops in specific cities. After the end of the "Safe Credit 2%" program, demand for new apartments decreased. The supply of popular segment apartments increased, stabilizing prices.
