Develia starts selling 85 apartments in Gdańsk as part of Via Flora project
Develia has introduced 85 apartments as part of the third stage of the Via Flora project in Gdańsk, as announced by the company. Prices in this investment start from PLN 11,099 per square meter.
Develia is one of the largest developers in Poland, undertaking residential and commercial projects in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk, Łódź, and Katowice. Since 2007, Develia (previously LC Corp) has been listed on the GPW; it is included in the mWIG40 index. In 2023, the company generated PLN 1.067 billion in sales revenue.
