The Skyliner office building in Warsaw, owned by the Karimpol Group, will be home to Wento. One of the largest renewable energy developers in Poland will occupy almost 1,500 m2 of space.
Wento has been present in the Polish market since 2011 and is actively involved in the energy transition underway here. In 2021, the company became part of the international corporation Equinor (formerly Statoil), one of the largest players in the global energy market. Wento develops, builds, and operates onshore renewable energy projects. Since 2015, in addition to developing wind farms, Wento has also been successfully involved in photovoltaic projects, which will play a key role in Poland’s sustainable development over the next decade, providing clean and cheap energy. Wento has signed more than 750 leases to date while the total capacity of projects in its portfolio is more than 1,700 MW.
Wento’s team will start work at its new premises in Skyliner in March 2023.
The Skyliner office building is one of the seven tallest buildings in Poland and the latest investment project of the Karimpol Group. It offers 49,000 sq.m. of rentable space on 42 floors.
