During the summer, when many gyms struggle, Fit+ continues to expand. The chain operates seven fully automated, staff-free gyms, with eight under construction and four opening in September. Its goal is at least 100 locations within 3–4 years, including towns of only 1,000 residents, supported by a growing franchise network. Fit+ avoids seasonal revenue drops through a subscription-only model with long-term passes (6–24 months) instead of single entries or monthly plans, ensuring stable income regardless of attendance.

Summer is further leveraged via short-term tourist passes in vacation destinations. This digital, flexible approach contrasts with the broader fitness market, where seasonal revenue declines reach 20% and overdue debts exceed PLN 36 million.
