Real Management, a developer of single-family homes, has nearly sold all the houses from the first phase of the Neo Natolin housing project in Warsaw. The company has already handed over keys to 60 of the 84 homes. The project, designed by APA Wojciechowski, offers homes with areas from 183 to 220 sq.m and garden plots of about 750 sq.m. The second phase will include 58 homes, and the entire 37-hectare development plans 200 homes.
Additionally, a 10-hectare recreational area with sports facilities will be built. Despite construction challenges like material shortages and inflation, the project is progressing, with plans to expand into other parts of Warsaw.
