Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the cybersecurity sector in Poland can apply for up to €1.8 million in funding to develop or enhance products and services, increase brand recognition, and achieve certification, according to the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The funding is part of the "Digital Europe" program, supported by EU and national budgets.
Applications will open between Q1 and Q2 of this year, facilitated by the Centre for Digital Poland Projects and the National Cybersecurity Competence Centre. This initiative aims to boost innovation and support smaller businesses in advancing Poland's cybersecurity capabilities. Deputy Minister Paweł Olszewski emphasized the importance of empowering SMEs to foster innovation in the economy.
