I Don’t Respond to Hate

INEA, Discidius and the Polish Marketing Association Launch “I Don’t Respond to Hate” Campaign to Promote Respectful Communication

I Don’t Respond to Hate

A press conference inaugurating the new social campaign “I Don’t Respond to Hate” took place at Varso Place in Warsaw on Friday, 16 January 2026. The initiative, led by INEA, Discidius and the Polish Marketing Association, aims to counter verbal aggression in remote communication and promote a culture of dialogue and respect.

The event gathered business leaders, communication experts and opinion makers to address the growing challenges faced by employees who interact with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. According to the organizers, remote communication has become a critical pressure point for frontline teams who increasingly encounter hostile or abusive language.

Speaking at the conference were:

  • Maciej Piechociński, CEO, INEA

  • Marcin Wolski, Head of Operations, INEA

  • Erich Sikora, CEO, Discidius

  • Marcin Sosnowski, Managing Director, Polish Marketing Association (SMB)

The speakers emphasized that verbal aggression should not be normalized in professional interactions. They highlighted the broader business case for respectful communication, arguing that it supports employee well-being, customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

“Joining the campaign was a natural step for us. Responsible businesses should not only react but help shape market standards. For INEA this is a long-term commitment and a conscious choice,” said Maciej Piechociński, CEO of INEA.

“As an industry association representing entrepreneurs, customers and employees, cooperation is crucial. We invite any partner who shares these values to join us — conversation should always begin with respect,” said Marcin Sosnowski, Managing Director of SMB.

“Operating in Poland and the Czech Republic, we clearly see that hate knows no borders. Its scale and consequences are similar everywhere and require joint action,” added Erich Sikora, CEO of Discidius.

“Hate has become one of the most underestimated problems in modern communication. It is often dismissed as a by-product of the internet, yet it has real consequences for mental health, self-esteem and social relations,” noted Marcin Wolski, Head of Operations at INEA.

The “I Don’t Respond to Hate” campaign seeks to raise public awareness of the impact of verbal aggression, support employees involved in customer communication and promote more constructive dialogue across industries. Organizers encouraged companies, institutions and media outlets to join the initiative.

The conference at Varso Place served as a platform to discuss the business community’s role in shaping healthy communication standards and fostering a more respectful environment for employees and customers.
