Marvipol had PLN 34.74 mln net profit and PLN 44.27 mln EBIT in Q2 ‘25
Marvipol Development reported a sharp earnings rebound in Q2 2025, posting a net profit of PLN 34.7 million, up from PLN 1.3 million a year earlier. Operating profit rose to PLN 44.3 million from PLN 2 million, while revenues surged to PLN 217.4 million versus PLN 40.3 million. For H1 2025, the group achieved PLN 22.5 million net profit, compared to a PLN 4 million loss in H1 2024, with revenues up nearly fourfold to PLN 251.7 million. The improvement was driven by a jump in delivered residential and commercial units (268 vs. 12 a year earlier). Net debt fell to PLN 219.8 million.
However, higher financial costs weighed on results.
