Korean gaming and creative industry expanding in Poland
South Korea’s creative industries are accelerating their expansion in Poland, highlighted by the first Warsaw edition of K-Content Expo, where Korean and European companies signed nearly USD 30 million in contracts and MOUs. KOCCA – Korea’s creative-content agency – opened a business center in Warsaw to support Korean firms entering Central and Eastern Europe. The event brought together 32 Korean and 70 European companies across gaming, music, TV, animation, and digital content, resulting in 400+ B2B meetings and 10 MOUs.
KOCCA will now provide export insurance, local market support, and operational assistance. The collaboration fits into a broader trend of Korean investment in Poland’s gaming sector, where companies like Krafton, Neowiz, and NCSoft have recently invested in Polish studios.
