ML System and Chicago based RWW sign cooperation agreement for the US market
ML System has signed a 10-year cooperation agreement with Chicago-based Reflection Window + Wall, LLC (RWW), a leading player in the U.S. facade market. The partnership, extendable for another 10 years, focuses on developing integrated solutions combining ML System’s BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) technology with RWW’s patented aluminum-glass facade systems.
RWW committed to purchasing at least $12 million worth of BIPV products over three years. The collaboration aims to deliver innovative, energy-efficient facade solutions for office, residential, and public buildings, aligning with growing U.S. demand for sustainable construction. This deal bolsters ML System’s U.S. market presence, offering significant growth opportunities in green building technologies. Intellectual property and exclusivity terms are clearly defined.
