Doki – new life for the historical part of Gdańsk

On the historic lands of Gdańsk, the Doki project is growing. This mixed-use project is being built by the Euro Styl developer.
The London Docklands and HafenCity in Hamburg are examples of reclaimed post-shipyard lands in Europe. In Gdańsk, their counterpart is Młode Miasto, which includes the site of the former Gdańsk Shipyard. This is where we find Doki, recognized by the European Property Awards 2021–2022 as the best Mixed-Use Project in Poland. Doki has also received the Prime Property Prize 2024 in the ‘Building of the Year’ category.
The project is located in the heart of Gdańsk, directly adjacent to the former shipyard wharves and the European Solidarity Centre. The Main Railway Station, Old Town, Museum of the Second World War, and other tourist attractions are within a 15-minute walk.
Apartments with marvelous views and serviced lofts with atmosphere
A few of the Doki LIving buildings have already been completed, with another (Building CD) set for completion this year. The current offering includes over 200 apartments, flats, and commercial premises, including unique luxury apartments with large terraces on the top two floors of the new phase (Building G).
The Doki development, thanks to its significant scale and multi-functionality, will serve as a small residential district with a diverse structure within Doki Living. In addition to the residential Doki Living zone, a key element of the project is the renovated Montownia building, which will feature unique serviced loft apartments, a food hall, and a conference center. Doki perfectly aligns with the concept of the 15-minute city.
Doki Living offers comfortable apartments designed in line with the latest architectural trends. Residents will enjoy stunning views of the water, historic port cranes, or the Gdańsk skyline.
New life for this historical place
Doki is an appealing option both for those who want to live in this unique location and for those looking to invest in real estate. The distinctive character of the entire Doki project, along with the transformation of its surroundings, highlights why its attractiveness will continue to grow in the coming years—ultimately becoming Gdańsk’s second city center.
