Mobilization of Ukrainians effecting Polish labor market

Ukrainian men of conscription age have just over a week to complete formalities as required by the mobilization law. This includes updating their details, even if they are abroad, such as in Poland. Failure to comply will limit access to consular services.
Experts believe this will not cause a significant outflow of Ukrainians from the Polish labor market. However, some might seek illegal solutions. There are concerns about the potential exodus due to the Ukrainian law, effective from May 18, requiring men aged 18-60 to update their military service data by July 17. Non-compliance could result in passport and consular service restrictions.
While some fear mass departures, experts suggest this will be a gradual process.
