Polish startup creates revolutionary global-scale spectral georadar
The innovative device, developed by the deep tech company WIDMO Spectral Technologies, allows for a much deeper and more precise exploration of the surveyed areas than ever before. The equipment is already being used in projects in industries such as mining, construction, and environmental protection in Poland and Europe. The technology created by the Polish company could soon revolutionize geophysical research in mining, construction, archaeology, environmental engineering, and many other industries worldwide.
“Georadars are widely used today in many fields, but their principle of operation has hardly changed in decades. Our spectral georadar, or "eye," in combination with software, or "brain," is a breakthrough innovation that allows us to see what georadars and other non-invasive solutions have not been able to show before,” Mirosław Trześniowski, one of the founders and co-CEOs of WIDMO Spectral Technologies, said.
