The Polish Council of Shopping Centers (PRCH) anticipates that lifting Sunday trading restrictions will boost retail employment, increase turnover, and raise state tax revenues. After 8 years of limitations, discussions have resumed, aiming to restore Sunday trading opportunities. PRCH advocates for customer choice and flexible opening hours while ensuring rest rights for workers. They highlight Poland's potential return to the majority of EU countries allowing Sunday trading. PRCH represents over 200 members in the retail and services sector.
