After the test implementation in 2017, the company equipped the roof sensor system with the second building in the Segro Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. The sensors transmit data to Sense Smart Roofs, platforms for remote monitoring of roof surfaces. The solution allows you to control the roof load caused by, among other things, snow or water, and to monitor any leaks. The system not only improves safety but also generates savings related to building management, indicating precisely when snow removal is necessary.

"The functionality of the Intelligent Roofs platform has convinced us of its functionality," explains Cezary Pawłowski, property manager Segro.

Sensors constantly measure the vertical roof deflection. The data is then transferred to the cloud, making it available online.
