Swedish investor eyeing Warsaw Unit
Ghelamco is in advanced talks to sell the Warsaw Unit skyscraper to Swedish real estate firm Eastnine AB, with the transaction valued at around EUR 280 million. The Warsaw Unit, one of Poland's most modern and eco-friendly office buildings, is located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw's Wola district. Completed in 2021, the building boasts 46 floors above ground and covers approximately 57,000 square meters. Though the deal is not final, Ghelamco assures updates will be provided as negotiations progress. The Warsaw Unit is recognized for its architectural design by Projekt Polsko-Belgiijska Pracownia Architektury and is a prominent feature of the city's skyline.
