The Tallest Residential Skyscraper in the Country is Being Built in Rzeszów
As reported by the urbanity.pl service, Olszynki Park is the tallest residential skyscraper in the country. Its total height will exceed 220 m. This is more than Złota 44 in the capital or Sky Tower in Wrocław. It will also be the tallest building in the Podkarpackie region. The main tower of Olszynki Park has 41 floors. The developer of the building is Apklan. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
The skyscraper will feature luxury apartments, but also offices and commercial service space.
The capital of Podkarpackie currently has about 200,000 residents.
