Unihouse has order for €35.7 mln net for modular buildings in Germany
Unihouse, a subsidiary of Unibep, has secured a contract to construct eight multi-family residential buildings using modular technology in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The project will include 160 apartments, Unibep announced. The total value of the contract is approximately €35.7 million net (around PLN 152.6 million net). The investment is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
Unibep Group operates in residential, industrial, public utility, sports, and modular construction sectors, with activities in Poland, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008, and its consolidated sales revenue reached PLN 2.6 billion in 2024.
