Murapol sold 953 units to retail customers, transferred 256 in Q1 ‘26
Murapol sold 735 apartments to retail clients in Q1 2026 under development and preliminary agreements, up from 707 y/y. Including paid reservations, total net sales reached 953 units, an 8% increase y/y.
The group delivered 256 units during the quarter, significantly fewer than 657 a year earlier, but expects to hand over around 3,000 units in 2026. Management attributes sales growth to expansion in major cities, competitive pricing, and operational efficiency.
Murapol added 218 units to its offer in a new Wrocław project and had 3,807 units available across 16 cities at the end of March. Its development pipeline included over 7,300 units, supported by a land bank with capacity for about 20,700 apartments.
The company remains optimistic about further sales and project acceleration in 2026.
