Yareal implements its first project under the Lex Developer law in the Służewiec district of Warsaw
In Yareal's first project developed under the Lex developer law, which permits the development of housing on previously undeveloped land, pre-sales of over 200 apartments have begun. A cascading design of MOKOPOLIS was developed in consultation with the Warsaw municipal authorities and the local community, which had a major impact on the building's final form.
In response to stakeholder dialogue, the project has been enhanced with, among others, a public green square with a playground and a parking lot for guests and couriers. Furthermore, Yareal allocated PLN 5 million for the preparation of a conceptual design for the extension and modernization of a nearby primary school.
