ManpowerGroup’s Q4 2025 Employment Outlook Survey shows cautious optimism among Polish employers. While 28% plan to hire and 18% expect cuts, most (51%) foresee no staffing changes, resulting in a net employment outlook of +10%—stable quarter-on-quarter but 6 points lower year-on-year. The strongest hiring is expected in healthcare, life sciences, and consumer goods/services (+22%), followed by energy/utilities and IT (+12%). Finance/real estate and industry/resources forecast +8%, while transport/automotive (+6%) and communications (+4%) remain weakest.

Large corporations (5,000+ employees) show the highest demand (+26%), while microfirms predict only +1%. Across EMEA, the outlook averages +18%, led by the UAE (+45%), Ireland (+29%), and the Netherlands (+28%).
