The ROBYG Group has launched another, the second stage of the Royal Residence estate in Warsaw's Wilanów district. The offer includes 131 apartments with areas ranging from 25-137 sqm. The estate is picturesquely located in an exceptionally attractive part of Wilanów. A total of 1,600 premises will be built here, in the buffer zone of park greenery with accompanying service zones and a shopping arcade.
The apartments will be equipped with spacious terraces up to 100 sqm, loggias, balconies, and arranged gardens. In addition, ROBYG will install electric car charging stations.
“More than 130 apartments in the first stage of the Royal Residence sold in record time. That is why we are already introducing the next stage of this investment to our offer. We put a strong emphasis on ecological issues that are available in our estate without additional payments. We offer many innovative solutions, incl. photovoltaics, the Keemple Smart House system, and by 2024 we plan to completely switch to energy from renewable sources in the construction process. Thus, we will be ahead of the Fit for 55 directive, which aims to achieve this goal by 2030," Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG, said.
