In Poland, there is a growing demand for properties with air conditioning, driven by rising temperatures. However, such properties remain a minority in the market, and when available, they significantly inflate prices. The average price of an apartment with air conditioning can be up to 25% higher than the market average. In May, interest in rental properties with air conditioning surged by 80% compared to the previous year, particularly in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań, and Katowice.

Despite increasing demand over the past five years, these properties represent only a small fraction of the market, underscoring a gap between supply and demand in the real estate sector.
