In 2024, Atal Group recognized revenue from 2,460 residential and commercial units handed over to buyers, with 439 units transferred in Q4 alone. The most units were delivered in Gdańsk (463), Katowice (418), Łódź (391), Wrocław (377), Poznań (324), Kraków (319), and Warsaw (168). In Q4, Poznań led with 155 units, followed by Kraków (144).

Atal’s president, Zbigniew Juroszek, noted that the number of delivered units aligned with forecasts and should positively impact financial results and dividends. In 2024, Atal contracted 2,068 units, down from 2,833 in 2023 but similar to 2,091 in 2022. The developer specializes in residential complexes across major Polish cities and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2015.
