Largest commercial real estate owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin, and the region of Central and Eastern Europe, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), commences the modernization of common spaces in the office building belonging to the group – Atrium Plaza. CPIPG, as the owner and independent manager of owned office properties in Warsaw, consistently implements the adopted strategy, the main goal of which is to constantly increase the value of office buildings from its own portfolio, both in terms of the standard of offered space and the comfort of tenants. In line with the adopted plan, in February 2021 CPIPG will start a thorough modernization of the common parts of the Atrium Plaza office building.
The scope of works carried out include changes to the internal facades in the common areas, including ceilings and floors on all floors of the building; renovation of lift halls next to panoramic lifts on the ground and first floor and modernization of the lobby and main reception.
“The guiding principle we adopted when making the decision to modernize the Atrium Plaza building is to adjust its standards to the current rules for adapting space on the office real estate market. During the renovation at Atrium Plaza, modern, high-quality finishing materials will be used, as well as pro-ecological solutions in the field of lighting and natural greenery. These solutions will positively affect the further daily operation and maintenance of the building and - above all - the comfort of tenants' work," Marcin Mędrzycki, Head of Asset Management at CPI Property Group Polska, commented.
