PKB Inwest Budowa has started construction of a modern retail park in Chełmża, set to be completed in two stages. The first phase is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.

Located on Bydgoska Street (provincial road no. 551), the retail park will serve as a shopping hub for the entire region, taking advantage of its proximity to major transit routes connecting several counties. The project aims to boost local commerce while providing residents with a wide range of shopping and service options.

“The strategic location on road no. 551, near the city boundary, ensures convenient access for both Chełmża residents and nearby communities. With 18,000 people living within a 10-minute drive, the park will enrich the local retail landscape,” Jacek Ostwald of PKB Inwest Budowa said.

Phase one will feature a 7,250 sqm GLA building with 12 retail and service units and around 200 parking spaces. Phase two will add two more buildings with a combined 3,000 sqm leasable area.
