In May 2025, Poland's rental market saw notable shifts. Demand surged, with 322,000 responses to listings—a 15% monthly increase and the highest figure this year—while supply fell by 3% to 23,900 active listings. Despite a 12% rise in new offers, rapid turnover (30%) highlights a tightening market.

Two-room apartments remain the most sought-after, especially those over 40 m². Average rent stayed stable at PLN 3,584, with Warsaw being the most expensive (PLN 4,930) and Białystok the cheapest (PLN 2,073). However, acceptable rent budgets are rising—e.g., from PLN 2,500 to 3,000 in many cities. With cooling seasonal trends and growing demand, pressure on rents may intensify in the coming summer months.
