Generation Z Prefers Stability: 74% Want Full-Time Jobs

The youngest generation entering the labor market values stability the most, with 74 percent declaring they want to work full-time, according to the "Work War Z" report by Enpulse. The study shows that salary and professional development are top priorities when choosing an employer, while environmental and flexible working conditions rank lower than commonly believed.
“Young people are demanding and need clear communication and support. Salary is the most important factor, but development is also high on their list. It’s a fascinating generation,” Magda Pietkiewicz, CEO of Zmotywowani.pl and creator of the report, highlighted the surprising findings.
Interestingly, only 43 percent of respondents consider environmental and social responsibility important when selecting a job. Moreover, the form of work – whether remote, stationary, or hybrid – is not a priority, despite societal expectations. Instead, Gen Z focuses on work-life balance and career growth, challenging traditional management approaches.
